Splints
I recently started wearing splints to bed. I know that I should wait around 4-6 weeks before judging the results but should i start to see some gradual reduction in pain levels before that mark? (I haven't officialy been diagnosed w/ CTS, but I have CTS type symptoms)

A side note I can't provide much rest to my hands/ wrist since I have to use the laptop quite a bit.

Hey AMahdi~
Yes you will notice some relief as the splints will keep your hands/wrists in a position of least pressure. You won't be making tight fists or grasping covers and most help to me was when I rolled around and ended up on top of my hands, the splints keeps the veins and blood from getting cut off.
Are the splints for CT, with the correct wrist support? These will be work for you.

One way to find out quickly is to go one night without them. See how much pain you can be in without them. I have worn splints to bed for 12 years. I hated them at first. Now they are second nature to me. Also, eat a lot of fresh pineapple. Not sure why, but it seems to help. I don't notice when I eat pineapple, I notice how I feel when I don't have any to eat. I LOVE pineapple anyway.
