Unhappy Celiacs disease with atrophic pancreas and inflamed liver

Does anyone know what a mildly atrophic pancreas is? I was diagnosed with Celiacs at age 55 after a long battle of pain and unexplained GI problems. Now a recent ultrasound is showing a mildly enlarge liver with fatty infiltrations and a mildly atrophic pancreas. One of my liver ensynes are raised, it also showed an elevated hepatic resistant index of 0.74. What does that mean?
