Will my hair grow back?*

im 27, recently diagnosed with celiac and just starting on the diet while thinking through the ramifications. there is some hereditary baldness in my fam but it doesnt set in until mid 30's and usually starts with thinning on the crown. mine started around 20 and probably its receded an inch and a half but no thinning. i gather this could be the result of celiac but how likely is that or does it matter?

*please note im well aware you can not literally prove whether or not my hair will grow back but i would very much appreciate info to understand the question better. thank you.
