Anyone with CD have any success with Probiotics

I have gone gluten free as of about a month ago and experienced improvement but still experience bad bloating. I'm considering getting on a good Probiotic to see if that will help. I am curious if anyone on the board with CD has had any experience with using Probiotics. Thanks to anyone who responds.

Re: Anyone with CD have any success with Probiotics

My gastroenterologist has me take florastor. It is a little pricey but works very well for me. It is somewhat hard to find in stores. But if you have a Walgreens in your area they have them. Or you may have luck with a cheaper version. It really helps me. Make sure you take a probiotic any time you take an antibiotic. But I take one to two per day.

Thanks for your response. I have since gotten on a probiotic in powder form and believe I am noticing substantial improvement. Time will tell.
