Did you have problems with non gluten foods after an accidental gluten ingestion?
I had a bad bad bad gluten episode almost a month ago. I usually get severe muscle/nerve pain, major brain fog, rashes, fevers etc if I accidentally have gluten, rarely intestinal problems but this past episode was focused on my intestines as well as the normal reactions I get. Now I can not eat any grains, including rice, quinona, potatoes, soy, corn, beans and various other foods and if I do eat them I end up back with gluten like reactions. Currently I am eating a modified paleo diet of meats, lots of fruits and veggies, egg and a little dairy. no nuts (not sure I want to chance them in intestinal troubles). I am feeling better and tried a few days ago with some rice but that did not go well.
Has anyone else had these kind of major reactions and super sensitivities to other foods and if so how long did it last?
