Acid reflux????

I started my GF Diet about 8 days ago (I am tested Gluten Intolerant). I have noticed that my acid reflux, which had been quiet for months and months, has now started in force. Is it common to get acid reflux when switching to gluten free diet? I dont eat any of the processed GF foods. Only veggies, meats, and brown rice. all made at home.

I'm sorry you never got a response. How are you feeling now? Has it gotten any better?
