Celiac Disease - GF for 2 years but feel worse

I was diagnosed with celiac disease 2 years ago and have been on a gluten free diet ever since. My symptoms at the time were just fatigue and an extensive nutrient test I had done that showed me dangerously low in every element/vitamin known to man it seems (lol) and high in aluminum. After the gluten free diet, all I've experienced is more severe fatigue. I had a positive blood panel and positive biopsy, but this really doesn't feel worth it. I'm wondering if I have another autoimmune disease since I was also dx with autoimmune thyroiditis at 16. Has anyone on here been gluten free for years and still feel bad?

People with Celiac often develop other food intolerances that can make them feel just as sick as gluten. Soy and dairy are two of the more common ones. Have you tried cutting out other food types to see? Personally, I developed a soy intolerance not long after discovering the gluten problem.
