I don't ride a bike, but really want to! It would have to be a handcycle, though, and they are so expensive. I, too, was exhilarated the first time I used a handcycle. I think that's because, as kids, we never got to experience that "wind in our hair" feeling, you know? As a kid, I had a regular 2 wheeler. They had to tie my feet to the pedals, and someone always had to be with me. It was tiring and not very fun. My balance was horrible, so I never got rid of the training wheels. Needless to say, the bike went in the garage and collected dust! Handcycling is soooooo much fun, though! Check online, those prices are better than what you'd pay if you go through an a wheelchair distributor.
