...anyway, I think I told you I was having psoas lengthening and you wanted to know if it helped? Well they didn't end up doing that, but I am going to physical therapy now and they gave me an exercise that is supposed to stretch them...
Lay on your stomach and try to touch your foot to your butt. Go as far as you can, then get someone else to push your leg down more, until they feel resistance (not too much, though!)...you should feel a stretch in the front.
Dunno if that'll help, or you might already know that exercise, just figured I'd mention it....
