So, when I moved I had to leave behind my built in shower seat, since then I've had an outrageously priced, ugly, too tall, wobbly transfer bench. I hate this thing SO much it's just...ugh.

St. James Wall Mounted Shower Seat with Backrest
Manufacturer: Bristol and Bath
Model Number: TTC671
Product Description
This wonderful wall mounted shower seat with backrest was a showstopper as it debuted at the 2005 Philadelphia Home Show. Available in chrome, this frosted acrylic seat folds up when not in use to provide the maximum amount of space in the shower. This sturdy seat is ideal outside of the shower as well. It will support a maximum weight of 300 lbs.
The seat measures 29 1/2" tall, 13 1/2" deep, and 13 3/8" wide. The wall mounting brackets measure 25" center to center.
MSRP: $660.00 (

— Can you believe that?! Then again, I paid like $129 for the aforementioned transfer bench, so it's not SO unbelievable.)
If I ever win the lotto I am SO getting one to go into a custom built barrier free shower.
