| physical therapy question
my PT told me to stop coming to therapy because i cant get much tighter and that moving around alot is good. i do alot of pivot transfers throughout the day, i play boccia ball once a week, and i move around alot in my chair. (i mean my waist and legs) is it ok to stop getting therapy? im worried about getting tight and gaining weight
