dating question

This guy out of the blue said if i were older id be his girlfriend without any asking from me. is this probably the only reason? im disabled but he has disabled friends and works with disabled people everyday, and he is alot older, and is usually very honest with me, and he treats me like anyone else. i never told him i liked him or anything. i have caught him looking at me a few times, and he flirts alot

Re: dating question

Hello, Welcome aboard. Well I hope you get your answer to your question. Cause I have asked about safe dating and I never got any answers. Good luck finding that answer.
God bless you,
Deborah

Re: dating question

Hi Boo,

It may be that he feels affection for you but, because he's older than you, and not disabled, he's worried about appearing to be taking advantage of you.

How old are you, and how old is he? I have male friends that are older, that like to flirt a lot, it's an ego boost for them, to pretend that they're receiving the attention of a younger woman. Just be careful that you don't encourage any actions from him that you don't want - without knowing more about the situation, I have concerns that you should be careful about him being so free with such a statement.

people in general having problems accepting flattery. especially women. they are wholly confused because they do not want to give out the wrong signals to moronic aggressive males..which is perfectly understandable. but what you need to ask your self is ' do i feel worthy of love. do i love myself. and if the answers to all those questions are positive...then it sounds like you should approach him ...and tell him that you are curious by his remarks and that you also would like to take your relationship further.
