Unhappy Health Insurance in MO

My son is 4 and has CP. He has been on Medicaid since he was born. We pay a premium every month for his insurance, and go through the renewal of it every spring. Well, this spring they are saying he is no longer qualified for Medicaid. What are we supposed to do? There is no possible way that we can afford the insurance through our work. How is it that people who make alot more money than me can get goverment help? Is it because my child costs too much in medical coverage? Can someone please help me understand my childs rights for insurance being permanetly disabled?

Oh wow, I am so sorry this is happening to you. I don't understand how the health system works in other countries and I'm in shock the government would just abandon you like that. It's so unfair. I pray you find an answer soon and get all the help you need for your little man.

Stories like this make me so thankful that I live in Australia.
