Severe problem with the lip of my CP child.

My child of 18 months has CP. His lower lip got an infection 6 months before. The situation became worse when my child start biting his lip whenever he felt itching on it. Because of this until now his wound isn't recovered. I am very worried about this, he has sharp teeth and his lip bleeds whenever he bites it. Whenever it starts healing up he bites it again & it again became a fresh wound. He cries with severe pain at this and i can't resist this scene. Please guide me and advice me what to do.
