Re: Possible CP
Firstly, can I ask you what it is that makes the doctor think you have CP? Answering this question will help us to give you advice and help.
Secondly, if that is what it is, to me I would look on it like a relief not as something new and scary.
My son had issues for a long time and when he was finally diagnosed with CP, it was a relief. It helped us to get alot of support inplace for him and it allowed us to give him what he needed.
Do a search on CP and you'll find alot of information on it and alot on how to make life easier for you.
Although I do not have CP myself, I know alot of CP is diagnosed in childhood, and I have been through the turmoil of a CP diagnosis, and I manage the condition for my son on a daily basis and I will continue to do so until he is big enough to do it for himself. I do not know what your going through but I truly hope that all goes well for you an you can access the help you need.
