CP and tiredness

Hi there,
I am 22 and have mild CP in my legs. I have had a fair amount of surgery and have arthritis in my feet. I was just wondering if other people find they get very tired? I seem to be able to take a nap during the day even if I have had a full nights sleep. Is there a way to help this? Vitamins or something?

Thanks, Chrissie

Re: CP and tiredness

I have been tired all my life!
I struggled with it as a child, and now as an adult. I drink a lot of Rock Stars and caffeine, doesn't really help. oh and of course vitamins. I haven't found a cure, if anyone else has advise, I would love to hear as well.

But, push through friend, its worth it,

blessings to you,

Re: CP and tiredness

I am 20 years old and I have mild CP. Over the past couple of years I've noticed I get tired easier as well. I've done some research online, and fatigue does seem to be part of having cerebral palsy. Sadly, I don't think there is much you can do about it. I know it can be frustrating (especially if others around you don't understand what you go through).
