Genesis, the side effects from chemo are too numerous to list. I have just finished up an 18 week cycle of chemo with taxol and carboplatin. I experienced fatigue, leg aches, heartburn, sore gums, taste changes, tingly/numb extremeties, difficulty moving bowels, water retention and extreme hunger, and of course hair loss. Of course, the side effects are particular to the drug you are on, and the severity will be determined by your age, health, and overall stage of cancer and aggressiveness of the treatment. I suggest finding what kind of drug you will be on, and searching and reading on the internet. I have found that each drug seems to have its own web page and that they will list mostly everything that can happen from most likely to least likely. I was very lucky because I had only mild cases of each side effect that I mentioned. Not everyone is so lucky! Hope that that helps you a little bit.
