Any one know if chemotherapy upsets skin cancers.

Hello to all,my husband has always had a lot of skin cancers or sun spots over his face, arms and legs, and has had a lot of them cut out or froze off.

He has been on chemo now for the last 4 weeks for stomach cancer.

Recently these sun cancers have got red and angry looking, and i feel it must be from the chemo,as they have never looked like this in the past.

I posted a message on the stomach cancer forumn about it, but i have received no response.

Could some one please help if they know anything.
Regards and warm wishes to everyone, from bess01.

What kind of chemo is he on? I was diagnosed with melanoma cancer and went a whole year on chemo therapy interferon, it makes you feel like you got the flu. It sounds like the chemo for his stomach might be causing his redness but I'd bring it up to his oncologist.
