| Question about Neulasta
My mom is undergoing chemo for ovarian cancer. She goes once a week for 3 weeks. The day after her 3rd treatment, she gets a neulasta shot. Then she has a week off from chemo before starting the cycle back. For the last 3 months in a row, she has started running fever of up to 103 approximately 7 days after the neulasta shot. She has been hospitalized each time. They have cultured for all types of infection and yeast, done chest xrays, etc, and have found nothing. They treat her with several antibiotics, and each time it has taken about a week for the fever to subside. Has anyone else experienced this with Neulasta?
