Can pregnant women be around chemotherapy patients?
I am new to this message board, newly pregnat with a father newly diagnosed with Prostate Cancer He is thinking about the radioactive implants. I am only 7 weeks pregant. What does that mean for me being able to be around him at this point when he starts treatment?

I have read-and it makes sense-that the implants can be radioactive to other people, so hopefully he chose against them. Since this reply is now after your birth, this is also for other readers. I hope the birth went well, and your husband is in remission.
