well, i dont have any great advice, but i will just tell you what i know. my first boyfriend that I was with all through high school and 2 years into college apparently had an undecended testicle when he was a boy (in the 80's) and it never descended, so he had to have it removed completely, leaving him with only one. i dont think that it is a big deal if that becomes the case, but i don't know about what happens in an operation to reverse it. please let me know if you find out!
