After my son was born we noticed that my sons penis went in. The doctor told us that it was because of his fat flab, and that by two he should grow out of it. However all of the other boys I have seen whom are bigger than my son do not have this problem. I can not find any info on this. If any one has dealt with this or has info please write.

My sisters son (1 year old) has this. His doctor called it a hidden penis. Right now, the doctor says to do nothing until he's older (in his teens). I've also read about children having this and as they become more active and walking, it appears. The doctor advises against having it corrected because too much skin had already been removed.
