13mth old allergic to dairy, soy and wheat HELP! - Children's Health Message Board

My angel has just been diagnised with allergies to dairy soy and wheat what do i feed her not that she is eating any way. She is refusing bottles snd food. She is going in and out of hospital and we are on a huge never endeing rollar coster i want to get off for a break!

Bree wakes every hour during the night and cries from pain in the tummy due to the allergies we have to wait till tuesday till we can change the formula to the special one that she can have which has to excepted through the government to be substadised. we are so drained and work is startinf to get upset with all the time i am having off.

any ides??? is any one going through same sort of thing???

There is a book out there that is called Special Diets for Special Kids by Lisa Lewis. It will probably be a great resource for you when things settle down.
It is specifically written for dairy and wheat free diets. I know you mentioned soy as well, but it probably addresses most allergies with substitute ingredients.

I feel for you. I hope things get better soon.
