I would think it could be that they are a little dehydrated. I know that is often the case with adults. Is the child feeling under the weather? Try giving more fluids and see if you notice a difference in the urine.

...and not just more fluids, but specifically give more water. if your child won't drink plain water, add a little juice to it.... we do about 8-9 ounces of water and about an ounce of juice (at the most!). keep an eye on it and if it doesn't clear up with lots of water, do call the doctor because it could be kidney related (worst case scenarios and such!)....

it usually indicates a bladder infection. see the doc ASAP.
