Warm compresses a couple of times a day. Just that usually does the trick and the warmth opens the gland and helps it drain. Make sure not to press hard or try to squeeze it. You could also try taking a cotton swab with a mild soap and water and try the clean the area. This will help kill any bacteria. You should see improvement in a day or two, if not you might have to bring her into the doctor and have it treated. Good luck. I hope she is better soon
