| Iron? Metallic Smell On Skin?
My daugher is two and I give her a multivitamin everyday and also echinacea sometimes. She has been going through a picky eating phase for months, so she doesn't eat well overall, sometimes rarely. My husband noticed her forehead smells like metal. I cleaned her this evening thinking it may be something else and it is still there. I can't find much information, but maybe she is getting too much iron? Could this be linked with diabetes? Any thoughts or ideas? I am puzzled.....
