Ok so we finally cut my sons hair 2 1/2 weeks ago it was really long and curly. We noticed a bump on the back of his neck near his hair line. We thought maybe he bumped his head or something so we didnt think anything of it. Well I noiced the next day or two that it did not go away and that if you actually felt around you could fill one more on the same side and the other side had 2 as well. My mother told me to give it a week or so to see if they go away since they were not bothering him at all. So yesterday I went to the doctor and they told me that he has swollen glands he also has some in his groin area. They did a strep test and it came back negative his ears look fine. He is not sick so what could they be from? I did some research myself and they said from so many different types of things and one was Cancer so of course I am freaking out. Has anybody been thru this? Can anybody tell me what they think it might be from? Please I am so worried the doctor said after three days if they do not go down with warm cloths on his neck at night he will do a blood test. They have been there for almost 3 weeks and have only got bigger and there have been more to appear. Thank You for your time if you know anything that will help ease my mind please respond Thanks
