1 tsp. in 2 ounces of water (or juice), must drink all in 15-20 minutes usually two times a day. If thats not enough you can go 2 tsp. in 4 oz. If it doesn't help you should really talk to the doctor, don't let it go on to long. Hope this helps! We've been going through this for 1 1/2 years. It's a long slow process.
