How swollen is it? If it is obviously larger then the other side, red and warm to touch she could have a facial cellulitis. If the swelling extends up to the eye or around the eye then she also has a periorbital cellulitis and this has to be treated and evaluated ASAP. If she has these signs and it was my child I'd take her into the nearest ER for antibiotic treatment tonight. The swelling could also be due to dental problems. Does she have a cavity or abcess or pain in her mouth. None the less swelling to the cheek is always a cause for worry.
