9 year old high temp for over two weeks 103.8 the highest nothing registering on bacteria registering on any blood tests what could be wrong

When did he see the doctor? Two weeks is entirely too long for a child to have a fever that high. You need to get him right back in to the doctor. Do not wait...

Did they check him for h1N1? That is one of the tell-tale signs, the looooooong duration of a high fever.

Besides the fever what other symptoms does your child have? It's a high fever for a long period of time. The other symptoms will perhaps help the doctor diagnose your child.
Take him back to the doctor.
