having antibiotics got fever again

my son was given antibiotics for sinus because he had cold & cough more than a week & fever high 103 fever for two days.after taking two days antibiotics fever reduced but today he is still coughing more &got fever for 99.8? do i have to change the medicine, or continue with the antibiotics till it finishes?

I'd continue with the antibiotics... Also my son is just getting over an URI, and its going on 2 weeks of the cough. I asked the doctor, and he said that its always the last thing to go. I myself, am getting over the same sickness, and I've been coughing off and on for the past 2 weeks... some days are better than others.
