Eyebrow Injury - will it regrow?

My two year old daughter sustained a nasty cut to her eyebrow area about 3 weeks ago. She required to have several stitches in a large v-shaped wound. The worst of the injury was on the eyebrow itself where she lost a chunk of skin.

The wound is healing nicely but it looks as though the eyebrow may not regrow and I was wondering whether anyone else has experience of this. I'm hoping that the roots have not been destroyed but if they have, what are the options? Potentially a skin graft?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Alex
