Hi all~

I am desperately seeking some help/answers. My soon to be 8 year old daughter has not been feeling well since the beginning of January. Her symptoms are:

fatigue
constipation
headache ( she says it is on top of her head and does not go away, just lessens or gets worse, does not go away with Ibuprofin)
achy - mainly mentions feet and legs
stomach pains
no fever
she is pale/dark circle sunder eyes
weighs 42 lbs. ( she is very tiny and has always been low on the charts but this seems very low to me)
eats well but gets full easliy (due to constipation?)
Her bloodwork came back normal - iron was 11.5, AFP, WBC all normal
RF -normal
ANA positive (borderline) titer 1:80 with a speckled pattern
she also complains of her back hurting ( off and on), hands feel like they are swollen but when I check them they are not. She will also complain about having to breathe fast ( anxiety??)
She told me tonight she didn't want to die and just wants to feel better. This is killing me.
Also, this happens on the weekends as well as week days ( it's not a school issue, she loves school and does very well). She will even come in from being outside and say she is not feeling well and has to rest.

They want to send her to a specialist to do further testing.
Does anyone have a similar situation? What was the outcome?
I asked the doctor about checking for Celiac's but she didn't seem to think it was that. My sister cannot eat gluten ( not sure if it is hereditary). But I had my daughter off of gluten for about 3 weeks and she was feeling"slightly" better. Today she had a regualr pancake and she is definitely feeling poorly. Not sure if there is a connection. I also thought about asking for an ultrasound to check and see just how blocked up she is, the doctor said she was pretty constipated and has her on Miralax for 2 months.

Sorry this is so long. I would appreciate any input at all.
