hvv Newbie (female) Join Date: Aug 2012 Posts: 2	High ASO but negative Strep culture. My 6 year old son has an elevated Antistreptolysin O AB result. He has been having "groing pains" in his legs for years now. The labs were 624.8 value and the normal values are between 0-200. He has bruising spots on his legs that have been there for over 2 months. His pediatrician doesnt seem worried about this and said to wait a few more months and see if the leg pain and bruises go away. Help!!! I cant sit back and wait!!
