I was wandering if you have had this problem too. I can't seem to get enough sleep. I sleep at night anywhere between 6-7 and on occation 8 hours sleep. I get up at 7:00 in the am and get my daughter off to school. I come home drink a couple cups of coffee, and I am so tired I can hardly finish the second cup. this has never happened to me before. Ive drank coffee forever, can't say that would be the problem.

I have also been taking an anti-depressant, Effexor xr for over three months. One of the side effects is drowsyness, but I have been taking it for almost four months, and just this past month, I can't stay awake if my life deppended on it. I've almost fallen asleep while driving!!

I also get headaches, but Im not sure if that is because of sleeping so much, or what. To top it off I have almost gained 15 pounds since this medication. Does anyone know of anything besides the meds that could be causing this?
