even after getting 10hr of sleep i still need to take a nap during the day sometime i just feel like im gonna pass out and my legs are always aching im only 14 to people my age even get cfs?

Try to get 8 hrs. of sleep and change your diet to eat more heathier.

Dear child. Have you told your parents? I surely hope so. You probably are lacking all sorts of vitamins that your body really needs. Talk with your parents or a doctor in regards to getting the proper nutrition in your diet. Good luck.

Honey, I am almost positive you have mono. Please get your parents to take you to the Dr. for a mono test. It can keep flaring up in some people, it does in me. My legs hurt and I am tired and bloodwork shows active mono. Please ask your parents to take you to the doctor for a mono test. I am praying you feel better soon.

You should also have your doctor test your blood for thyroid disorder. I have an underactive thyroid and it makes me extremely tired. Yes, you can develop it at a young age. Doctors can treat it with medicine and you will feel better. Do you have any other symptoms?
