You know the usual symptoms; I had them all, for years. Here is something that works for me that is available almost anywhere. I use 75 mg DHEA spread throughout the day, but not later than 4:00 P.M. so it does not inhibit sleep. I use two tablets of pseudoephedrine with breakfast. When sleep is a problem, I use 3mg tablets of melatonin. (I think there may be a need for melatonin use, but I am not sure.) While I take lecithin and tyrosine to boast my brain function, the thing that seems to give me the real relief (along with the DHEA and pseudoephedrine) is 5-HTP. I buy capsules of 5-HTP (50 mg) which I "unscrew" and use about a fifth about three/four times a day. (I guess one could use 5 or 10 mg tablets instead, but I only find it as 50 mg capsules.) This really seems to help me. (I do not seem to benefit from taking one full capsule.) If you try this, give it a few weeks to begin to take effect. I sure hope it helps you if you try this.
