 Aches what can I do?
Hi, I have been suffering for almost 12 months now, with the symptoms of CFS/ME.
The aches and pains have been mostly in my back, thighs shoulders and upper arms.
The pain in my arms is really bad at the moment, I wake feeling fine, but after very little excertion, my arms are very weak and painful. What can I do to help myself? I have very few opportunities for rest with a young family, and I must work as much as possible, money is a big factor. I am also trying to get a new car with power steering, and no gears. I hope this will happen shortly.
Any tips on stuff that has worked for you would be worth a try, please reply. I love the message board, it helps me to feel less alone with this. Thanks.
