Angry Pvfs

After major virus early this year, I am newly diagnosed PVFS by Consultant.
My G.P. says "examine your lifestyle"!!!! And that is all the help I appear likely to get. I am now wandering in the wilderness feeling totally GRIM and don't even know what I can do to help myself.

Feeling very angry, frustrated and irate. Can anyone give me a focus or a starting point as I do not know what I am dealing with. Just glad I have found this site and realise I am not alone or going loopy.

Will be grateful for any guidance.

Hey DavieD,
What Country/state are you in? You dont want to stop with your currant doc. There are many places to go. Do a search on Fibromyalgia and fatigue centers across America. Make sure you get tested for lyme and if you live in an area with lyme you may want to see a specialist.

I am in the U.K. (England) but no problems with lime.
