CFS and blood test ?

I have been feeling poor for a few months and lot of problems have been weeded out. MRI's and cat scans all look good, however I am tired, joints hurt, soreness, having problems sleeping due to overall body pain, somedays are good, other days the pain starts at a three and will go as high as a good solid five. I am unable to work full days. My pcp says blood work is all good, even what they call a sed test ? I asked him if lyme, cfs or fibromyaliga has been elimated by this testing and he looked at me kind of funny and thought about it for a minute and said yes, for some reason I feel that he thinks I am a nut case and he did not know or understand the blood test results. I ahve been seeing a pysch doctor for mild depression for aprox. ten years. He had me on effexor for nine of those ten years with great results however we both felt that the effexor was not working any more so we switched to lamictal and cymbalta and I felt mentally better for about nine months. By the way the cymbalta helped my mild lower back pain !!! Now my pysch doctor was to talk to my pcp and up my meds to try and help the pain. Where do I go from here ? By the way I am also taking 250 mg of vicodin twice daily as needed which takes the edge off on a bad day, I really do not want to start on the pain pill as my only source of help. Thanks for reading. ken.
