I all I am new to this site. Just dx yesterday. I was put on Lyrica 3 x a day for the foot and muscle pain. Have any of you had reasonable outcomes with this? I am not expecting miracles. Just want some relief.

BTW doc also put my on Lunesta to help with sleep.

It put me to sleep and felt drugged . I did not get any benefits from it, but thats me,, you might do much better, goog luck, I hope it works for you, It is getting good reviews in the media, I was just one of those few who could not take it.
I took Lyrica for 3 months. For the first 6 weeks I had excellent results and was able to walk again without pain and do many things other than stay in bed with my pain. For me, unfortunately, it ceased to alleviate my gross pain after the 6 weeks. However, it seemed also to work on my energy level and stirred me up 'somehow' to want to become active again (that was a treat). I suffer from nerve root disease, polyradiculopathy, fibromyalgia, neuropathy, and herniated disc. After trying Gabapentin & Lexapro with no results, I really felt that I had finally found a med that would allow me to regain my life and it did that for me for the six weeks. I wish you every luck and hope it works long term for you.
