hi there, I am wondering if I could be suffering from CFS, but not fully sure of the symptoms, I ache ALL over !! can't lift my arms for long without them going weak, feel a bit like i'm on another planet half the time and So very tired, I could sleep pretty much anytime anywhere. I also have back ache (which there is no physical reason for) and have begun to have irregular periods having been very regular up until lately. I would appreciate any help from anyone as I am getting quite worried about what might be wrong with me, when I look back I think this has been coming on over quite a while but put it down to being tired from working full time with 2 children - does any of this sound familiar ?
forgot to mention that I have also been to the Docs recently regarding anxiety, my mood swings are awful, have been put on anti anxiety drugs although very low dosage, don't know if this is relevant or connected?
Hi! I suffer from major tiredness and fatigue. I have bipolar disorder too. I have not yet been diagnosed with CFS or any sleep disorder. I sleep like a rock most of the time. My monthly "friend" is already here and I still drink energy drinks daily. I just hope and pray that we can be diagnosed and healed soon.
thanks for your reply jellybean, sounds like we are in the same boat, I am just waiting for blood tests - to rule out thyroid problems and then not sure where from there but my doc is taking me seriously which is a step in the right direction at least - good luck & I hope you get some answers soon x
The sleeping all the time and no relief including the progression of symptoms you are describing suggest hyponea or another severe sleep disorder that is keeping you sleep deprived for an inability to get quality sleep. Do you dream? Snore? Can you sit quietly and not nod off? Get an appointment to see a sleep specialist as soon as possible. They will be the best suited to identifying and treating your disorder.
If we learn by our mistakes, I am working on one hell of an education.
