A good friend gave his wife and myself a 3 month membership to a gym for women that specializes in strength training for 30 minutes three times a week. It's 30 seconds on each machine
with a 30 second rest in between (I think).
I am wondering if this is a good idea for me as I generally pay for pushing it all.
I would very much appreciate any thoughts on this approach. God knows my body ain't what it was!!!!!!!!!!!!
