Yes I have tried everything from accupuncture, perrin, reflexology and loads of different supplements to try and help the horrible flu like symptoms but nothing worked. PAcing helped to a point but still woke up every morning with sore throat and swollen glands. Its really strange as after I have taken citaopram for first time I can feel things in my brain going back to normal, like that horrible virus feeling going away. But I made the mistake of thinking it was miracle cure first time and rushed out and started doing loads of things and had relapse so I still have to be careful what I do.
