I've had problems with Chronic Fatigue since I was about 18. No one recognized it until 21 and no really had a suggestion so I set out to find the best ways to keep out of the cycle and get out of it once I started. After Thanksgiving I felt one coming on and I set a personal record. One week to break the cycle!!!
I found that taking Iron each day helped me immensely. When I feel a problem starting, I double up even more and eat a ton of fresh fruits and vegetables and not so much breads. I also start drinking a lot of water. It usually takes about 2-3 weeks to overcome, but this time was only a week. Good thing because I had a crazy week coming and needed to be at the top of my game! Hurray!
