Could I have CFS?

I've been feeling tired all the time for many years and have had many blood tests all of which have come back negative. I had another one last week and the doctor said I would be contacted in 10 days time if there was something wrong with me, but no one has so I presume it's another negative blood test.

People keep telling me that I'm a hypochondriac and that if I'm feeling tired it's because I'm making myself believe that I am. They tell me I should be thankful I don't have anything seriously wrong with me. It's frustrating, it really is.

Some of my symptoms include:
Tiredness.
Stiff hands in the morning and at night.
Sore, watery eyes.
Runny nose, but not blocked (so it's not a cold).
Sore throat, especially in the morning, or if I'm stressed or if I've over-exerted myself.
Heat rash on arms, chest, occasionally cheeks. Usually at night.
Itchy skin and is often extremely sensitive to touch.
Headache.
Joint and muscle pain. Lower back hurts a lot and so do my thighs and knees.
Numbness and tingling in both hands, as well as electric shock sensations running down my right arm.
Bowel problems, such as constipation, excessive wind, bloating.
Anxiety and depression.
I'm often shaky and have muscle twitches.
I see things in my vision, such as flashes and black dots. One black dot was about the size of a penny and I saw this as I looked at my bedroom wall. It lasted about two seconds before it faded.
Memory loss and brain fog.

This can't be normal. I'm sorry, but it can't. I'm sick of the blood tests not showing anything up and I'm determined to get to the bottom of this. Some of the symptoms might not be related at all, but these are all the things I'm currently suffering with. Sometimes I have good days, sometimes I have bad ones. Today has been a bad one.

I'll make a new appointment at the doctors tomorrow and ask for some more tests. Like I said, I'm going to get to the bottom of this. I've changed my diet, I get 8 or more hours sleep, I work in a shop where I'm constantly on my feet and walking around, I walk a lot and I'm even on multi-vitamins. Yet I still feel exactly the same.

Any help, advice or anything is highly appreciated. Thank you.
