Hi ive been slowly decaying for about 13 years now, and ive never been able to accept living with this illness ,,last few years i have drank 2 much a couple of times a week , or at least once a week, and even moreso stupidly, i took up smoking a year ago

Im doing a gut detox as i recently found out i had leaky gut syndrome which means my stomach absorbs zero nutrients from food i eat , and my system stores all the toxins it can instead of ridding of them

i have no problem sticking to the diet or not drinking but here i am still smoking , disgustingly addicted.

Anyone have any insight into wether or not the detox will still work regarding my digestive problems?

I am not familiar with gut detox, but detox in general is good for anyone.

It cleanses your body of all the unwanted!

I will be getting an I.V. treatment for Epstein Barr in a couple of months. I am looking forward to it because it will more than just help the chronic fatigue. It will detox my body of all toxins, viruses... This will also boost my immune system.

Interestingly enough, I do not have enough stomach acid. Because of this, I am with this virus. My immune system is no more. So now I take stomach acid pills, for hopefully only 3 months so that I can absorb the nutrients & vitas my body is lacking.
