Chronic Fatigue without excessive fatigue?

Just wondering if this is possible? A little background on me: I had a bad virus in November 2007. After that, I started getting tingling which later changed to nerve pain. They found out I had a herniated cervical disk. I now have other symptoms such as muscle and joint pain. My symptoms seem to fit a lot of the chronic fatigue symptoms, but I don't feel excessively tired. I do often feel drained and like I can't motivate myself to get going, but I don't feel like I could lay down and sleep for hours and hours. Just wondering if you can have chronic fatigue without excessive fatigue?
