Unhappy Fatigue in Seniors - No Painful Joints?

Is it thyroid? I don't have any discomfort; I'm just tired when I wake up or feel tired an hour afterwards. I have SO much to do but all I want to do is sleep. I take a LOT of supplements including probiotics and lift weights occasionally. I think I should walk but I'm just too tired. Any guesses? I know I should get my blood tested. I may have to. I took thyroid pills seven years ago when I had to rest my head on the table and felt great. TIA
