| Re: Does anyone get positional fatigue?
I have the same problem. When I first began having symptoms, I felt as if my legs and overall body were weakening. After a year and a half of declining health, the Doctors eventually diagnosed me with CFS / ME with 5 viruses active in my system including shingles of the CNS. I think it is the nerve muscle damage that causes me to be ubable to stand or sit in one place for long - my muscles can't sustain one position. Only laying down relieves me of the muscle fatigue from working against gravity. Even then I toss and turn side to side.
After all this time the Doctors finally looked at things like my Vitamin D levels and found them to be at critical low levels. Have you had your blood levels checked? Low Vitamin D causes muscle weakness! I also had low Iodine levels.
If that had been identified a year and a half ago, I wonder if I might have fought off the viral activation and shingles................... Get yourself checked for thyroid / TSH levels, Vitamin D
